The 11th edition of Diynamic Music’s ‘Four To The Floor’ arrived last month and the Various Artists’ series by the German imprint continues to shine.
The unique series offered by Diynamic, the Hamburg-based label, has seen an abundance of incredible talent featured since its’ inception back in 2014. November’s release is no different with four mind-blowing tracks that have been meticulously road-tested by label boss, Solomun himself.
Kicking off the Various Artists’ release is Armonica’s infectious remix of Par-T-One’s 2001 ‘I’m So Crazy‘. A tech-house groove accompanied by an electric-guitar-turned-string-choir riff. German Brigante, the Spanish producer who looks to pair emotive melodies with devastating basslines does exactly this with ‘Mango‘. The next track is an incredibly popular anthem that was a staple of Solomun’s summer sets and one that we thoroughly enjoyed hearing at DTGL Barcelona back in August. Alexandros Djkevingr & Greg Ignatovich have cleverly sampled lyrics of Danny Boyle’s critically acclaimed film ‘Trainspotting‘. Rounding off the eleventh installment of the Four to The Floor package is Serhan Guney’s transcendent and Utopian roller aptly titled ‘Journey Of The Mind‘ – a track certain to take the dance floor on a mesmeric excursion.
